Real Estate property management, from maintaining your building(s) to managing your on-site staff, working with knowledgeable contractors to keeping abreast with current laws and statutes. Pure Management property managers are licensed with the Honolulu Board of Realtors and National Board of Realtors. We are Property Managers and not Account Executives.

Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax Preparation Company. Therefore, we know how to do your bookkeeping and payroll correctly and will be able to work smoothly with the AOUO’s auditor/tax preparer.

Temporary Staffing Agency. We are familiar with the current employment laws and if necessary the hiring/termination of on-site staff is done professionally and not outsourced.

I own and manage Pure Management and the other companies, and as a business owner for over ten years, I know what it takes to run a business. And believe me, your AOUO is a business, a non-profit business – but a business nonetheless.

As a non-profit business, which collects its revenues from its owners monthly, there is a need to make sure that expenses do not get out of hand. But this must be done while maintaining the property, thereby keeping its real estate value. This is a huge balancing act, done by knowledgeable staff and contactors working together and communicating with each other.

Pure Management is a real estate company created in October 2001 to manage all types of real estate. In May 2010, Pure Real Estate, Inc. was established to expand our real estate services under one company. Currently we manage associations, commercial/apartment buildings, and residential properties. In additional, Pure Real Estate, Inc. provides real estate brokerage services, focusing on residential sales and purchases.
